Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVED this movie! Stuart Townsend is a wonderful portrait of Lastat. Soooooo beautiful looks in the DivX film Queen of the Damned too. There was something seductive about the way he moved and spoke to me literally sucked into the film. But it was Queen Akasha who stole the show! This feature allows you to shine Aaliyah, but not get as much screen time she deserves and that the DVD film Queen of the Damned focuses more on Lastat the "queen of the damned." But besides all that, she did an amazing job of Queen Akasha to life. Aaliyah looks absolutely beautiful in this film, its natural beauty really stands out throughout the film. The music in the film: Queen of the Damned is really impressive, but as I said before, the Queen of the Damned movie is harder than the rocks on the soundtrack! This movie: Queen of the Damned has aa HUGE thumbs up! I should also add that Aaliyah is greatly missed by all her fans and she will be remembered not only for his beautiful voice, but also for the excellent job in this film. RIP Aaliyah! |
I thought the Queen was convicted of one of the best films I have ever seen. Not only serve the interests of my vampire fix me Stuart Townsend as well. The music is spectacular and I love Lestat! The plot was a bit all over the place, but if you read the Vampire Chronicles should be quite easy to follow. Personally I thought the special effects appropriate to the film. The makeup and costumes of various vampires in the Queen of the Damned movie was excellent and really makes you believe that there could be vampires out there. Once again, the music is incredible, Jonathan Davis is a genius! Stuart performed so well in the concert scenes and it is very realistic and I could almost feel as if I was there watching. All the actors did a wonderful job and I think Marguerite Moreau is a big Jesse. Aaliyah makes an intriguing and beautiful Akasha and Marius and Maharet exceptional being played. I could think of Lestat all day ...... |
I loved this movie. Not only is the action of Aaliyah as Akasha absolutely incredible, but it is too Stuart Townsend as Lestat. Although we do not follow the history of the book, they did the best we could considering the circumstances of the death of Aaliyah not allow more scenes with Akasha. Vampires are portrayed in this DVD movie Queen of the Damned with a human sensitivity as seen in the violin with Lestat and Jesse to his attention. Again I say that I loved this Queen of the Damned movie and watch again and again. The music is incredible and I bought the soundtrack after I saw the movie. Vampire in tune great melodies and songs that fit the mood of the Queen of the Damned Fantasy film itself. However, I love vampires and I loved this film: Queen of the Damned about them. |
The first time I saw this DivX film Queen of the Damned when released in theaters and liked it pretty well although I just read the books so the differences were in my mind. Well, it has been a couple of years and really could not remember all the details of the books, so I saw the Queen of the Damned Fantasy movie again. And again and again and I am still watching. I love this movie. Yes, I love books and I have just reread all of them, but I still think this is a great movie. Stuart Townsend really captures the essence and attitude of Lestat. I do not care who do not exactly match the description in the book. It is beautiful. Yes, there were a lot of parts of the books and see if the commentary on the DVD the director really talk a lot about the differences and why they made the choice they did. I really think they did an excellent job with this movie. My second favorite is Marius (yes, even though it does not match its description in the book and although it was not really Lestat's manufacturer.) I have read all the negative comments and I just do not agree. I love books, but I like this Queen of the Damned Fantasy for what it is. My favorite part of the DVD movie Queen of the Damned are those with Lestat and Jesse and were not even in books! but I do not care. These are some of the most ingenious and seductive of the film. Hats off to the writers and director. If you can take the Queen of the Damned Fantasy film for what it is and not worry about how it differs from the books, then you should check out. I think you will enjoy it. Sure. |
This Queen of the Damned Fantasy movie could have been difficult to follow if the viewer had not read the two books by Anne Rice, The Vampire Lestat "and" Queen of the Dammed ", which was based. At the end of the tape are two scenes that were left out of the film, the inclusion of these two scenes of the DivX Movie Queen of the Damned have improved considerably. Certaining was not in the class of the great "Interview with a Vampire." Viewers who have not read the books you should. Despite these flaws the DVD film Queen of the Damned is interesting and worth seeing for anyone who likes vampires or other supernatural horror movies. |
OK, I HATE Goth rock, this DVD movie Queen of the Damned showed me some appreciation of it. AAliyahs last artist before his death is so seductively powerful, as is Stuart Townsend. Actors mysterious dark depressive mood without seeming to point out that in a world of supernatural beings, at some stage you feel you are a vampire in lestats progress. A much more modern, darker sequel to "Interview with a vampire." This one shows the least emotion of the characters feel more empathy towards them. A good DivX film Queen of the Damned that does not scare you, but fool that pull in a seductive world of make believe. |
I liked this movie, especially because I am a big fan of Ann Rice vampire books. The actor who plays Lestat was very realistic, the special effects were also very good. What did I miss a little is that the DivX Movie Queen of the Damned was not deep enough. The book explains how vampires emerge and some characters are too shallow. But I can understand why the director did not explain this, then he had to make a DivX film Queen of the Damned of 2.5 or even 3 hours. What I found great is that the character of Lestat was deepened. It is a sort of devil and enjoy life, but while acknowledging that it is very sensitive (the scene with the girl in the fire). She loves being a vampire, but he also admires us for our mortality and our weakness. For me this DivX film Queen of the Damned is a great success. |
This movie: Queen of the Damned should satisfy the thirst of all Rice fans have been waiting for a sequel to "Interview ... It is not the book itself but rather a mix of Vampire Lestat and Queen of the Damned. Furthermore, it is not as elegant as draft "Interview," but still no fan of the Vampire Chronicles, the DivX Movie Queen of the Damned is much more intimate and personal. I gave him a ten because it was only because Lestat was wonderful to see on the screen again, not because this Queen of the Damned movie is one of the best I've seen. And I think it deserves much more credit than people have given is true, the accents are annoying, but whatever ... is still fresh, as well as the music starts and no ass. Therefore, for all fans of hard rock and rice, do not miss this. Stuart Townsend and makes a better Lestat Cruise, more and more vampirish charm. |
