Pulling the old stock footage found around the Second World War, and the fabric with new material that ties together all of the Military Intelligence feat pulled off an original. What is doubly unusual is that most "out of the box" ideas are half baked, and follow-up usually does the right. This Military Intelligence and You! Comedy film has the right idea the first time. Not knowing what to expect going into the theater, I became a little cautious in 5 minutes, when it seemed that the narrator was going to be around 80 minutes. Turns out, my fear was actualized. However, it is not valid. Narrator I came to love that became the main character, and the biting satire that brings all the pieces together is darn good writing. I laughed harder at this film: Military Intelligence and You! from anything I've seen in two months, except for Da Ali G Show. I was unsure how the DVD film Military Intelligence and You! managed to develop a history of this mish-Mosh of footage. Must have been a daunting task. But the Military Intelligence and You! film is consistently entertaining, and even manages to have some original chomps on the current political situation through the Second World War as an ideological foil. Bright!
