| OK we have all seen this DVD movie Cold Creek Manor before, leaving family and life in the city for a new beginning in the country only to find much more and the real problems that they left behind. Unfortunately not only do well in this movie. It starts well and gives the impression that will lead to a kind of haunted mansion DVD movie Cold Creek Manor when the family arrives at their new home. However, what happens is far less exciting. Quaid gives another solid performance, but mild, Dorff is passable, but his character does not appear to be a threat, Lewis plays the type of paper that seems to fit like a glove. The only thing that I realized this Cold Creek Manor Thriller movie is Sharon Stone has no impact or presence on the screen at all, I have had an impact on me when I was 15 and first saw Basic Instinct, but hey. She is one of the few actresses who actually advise only accept films with scenes of nudity involved. The location is only suitable, if it is a kind of attraction or sexual tension between Dorff and nature of stone, but because of the director or actors do not work at all. It is also often very predictable, which is not a factor for a good thriller. The Cold Creek Manor Thriller film has redeeming features is, at least you care enough to keep up to a climax just to see what happens. It is a well that is not to revisit again soon. |
| I've seen movies so that flakier successes. Most of Hollywood thrillers and action movies have to do with a suspension of disbelief that anyway. People do things they never do in real life. They ask stupid questions and answers that do not agree with a secondary education and a low IQ, even in three digits that agree in real life. To walk away from falls, car crashes and burning buildings that could kill human beings real. * * Are separated to find the ghost / ax murder / evil demon! So, what's wrong with this? I got involved. I am tense. I was on the edge of my seat. I liked it. The tension was built without any reference to the bloody scenes, just creepy camera angles, shadows, the wind blowing the curtains, the growing feeling that something was really bad around the corner. To see Sharon Stone looking almost like a regular human being. Dennis Quaid is the autonomic nervous habit. Stephen Dorff does a great slide into madness. If I believed everything you read about him, has never been collected on DVD. It is not Hitchcock, but it is definitely worth seeing. Check it out. |
| Nonsense. Worst movie: Cold Creek Manor ever. Bland, boring, unimaginative, bathetic. Far from Figgis' classics like leaving Las Vegas and Liebestraum. If I were him I have to be ashamed of my name to that Cold Creek Manor Thriller film really NAFF. The story is wafer thin, no substance at all. No twists, no turns, the characters are 1 where dimensions. Christopher Plummer was well, however, managed to salvage something, but this is more to do with his acting genius instead of a decent script. I could allow an IMDb rating of 0 I'd have chosen. It is not even worth a 1 rating. While watching this film: Cold Creek Manor I wonder if I went straight to video, was so bad. Quad was boring his car, Stone was unsexy, Dorff was an idiot, then no. In short, stay away. |
