| I am sure you could pick up the dialogue for not being "authentic" but who cares when you get Colin Farrell looking for an hour and a half. There are those who act in bad times and never brought me to tears at times I felt I should, but if you do not take too seriously you'll love this movie. So its supposed to be that it is a fun, updated western aesthetic that does excellent work. All actors in the comedy of his hand well, but not too much exaggeration that you think your hearing a cliché for a second. The plot is easy to sit through without hurting your head, and although its never "edge of your seat" stuff, it is still uncertain how it would end, and I found a good ending, not really. Watch this with an open mind when seeking a fun and easy on the eyes kind of movie: American Outlaws and you will not be disappointed. |
| This American Outlaws movie made me angry. Not only because it is a routine western, full of clichés, but because it is difficult to imagine that in 2001, the writers of this shame not to give any consideration to the story. I realize it's only a movie, and there is a long tradition of glamorizing murderers and psychopaths of the American west, but there has been insufficient research lately about Jesse James that makes this American Outlaws Comedy film is the treatment of Robin Hood as an outrage. | Many young viewers today probably do not know much about the James Boys and the Youngers. So they can enjoy this for what it is, "a fun romp dodging bullets, through the wild west.". However, the older generation probably far from this. The Goodies are bad, and the Goodies are ill. Some of the faces one could have been written by writers or friends of Joey, with additional material by Mel Brooks, who could have called it "Man in steps" I realize that the stunt men and special effects (which seem mandatory in movies today) is all the prizes. | I think that the writers of this American Outlaws Comedy film from the WB. I can not think of a more tawdry, predictable movie. The action was not without merit, but the performance was weak except Ferrel and I had to put my hands over my ears at points to suppress nausea. Said it was a great movie. |
