| I remember watching this when I was 8 years. Is all that and then some. When you're a child, but nothing surprises you, I guess. However, I recently had the opportunity to see this DivX film Short Circuit again. I must say, still has its redeeming value to it. If you ask me, Number 5, is still alive! I recommend this Short Circuit film to anyone. 7 out of 10. |
| What makes this Short Circuit Family film so much fun? Could be a number of things: a cute robot, a good cast, great comedy, and John Badham, the director may have a low budget DVD movie Short Circuit and become a classic (like his previous work, Saturday Fever night, which was much more vulgar), or maybe it's just fun to see all the neat little gadgets has number 5, which shows that some of the less expensive things can be done to find high-tech. |
| I bought it this afternoon for my children who are 7 and 5. My children sat and laughed as never laughed at any movie: Short Circuit I like to recall that before. Absolutely fell in love with Johnny 5. My son is epileptic and has ADHD and high functioning autism Saturday throughout the film, was a great joy to hear him Squeal with delight, almost uncontrollable, and I found myself in tears when the fake # 5 Johnny 5 which was built by blowing, as I saw the reaction of my children, because he thought it was true, then cheered at the end when Johnny 5 came from under the truck with Alley Sheedy and Steve Guttenberg. They begged to see him again after it was over, but it was bedtime so I vowed that could see it in the morning. Great DVD film Short Circuit for kids! 10 out of 10! |
| I think anyone of any age can appreciate this film, and some may even find that funny. Not terribly funny, but good. The plot deals with a robot (# 5) that after getting electricuted becomes malfunction, in a good way (the robot thinks it is alive). And a little light heart comedy (and some messages about life) ensues. It's good to watch on a weekend day. A -- |
| This is a great film, comedy and family. No. 5 is a nice, friendly and fun robot. After he becomes a lightning bolt and run away from the Nova, which is the only one curious wondered first, until it runs into Stephanie's house. Stephanie is this young woman who loves animals and No. 5 believes that this innocent looking robot that she has in her house. No. 5 continues saying "The malfunction. Need input. Stephanie interpreted as that the information they need, allowing No. 5 reed all encyclopedias then lets you watch TV all night. After all the fun and the initial "entry" persecution No. 5 begins when he realizes that the people of New Åre after him and want to dismantle. "Do not dismantle! No. 5 is alive! Not dead!" No. 5 and has to go through a series of obstacles to avoid being destroyed by these idiots: soldiers and a ruthless general who will do everything possible to close the No. 5. No. 5, but is too smart. He intelligence was in many of these idiots with all these tricks he has up his sleaves ... or in its massive memory bank. Therefore, in general, if you have a heart then No. 5 is the perfect friend. He truly captured his heart. |
