| This movie: Casanova was an excellent movie. I entered the theater expecting a good film, and left the theater with my expectations have been exceeded. It is more fun than I thought, but the mood was not all that this Casanova Adventure was excellent. Heath Ledger played the lady charmer Casanova wonderfully, showing understanding of why so many women would be reduced from this man and how he escaped before being caught. This DVD movie Casanova is rated R, but hardly any reason for it - do not feel able to bring their preteens to this movie, because there is no nudity, only evidence of sex scenes, and really, that is not the central theme of this Casanova film . This Casanova movie focuses on a man who had a superficial idea of love, and how to find true love is - and the adventure goes through trials in the discovery. All the actors did a great job in this film, in my opinion. The costumes are beautiful, the scenery beautiful Venice, and the dialog box so charming, the movie: Casanova would have been nice to everyone as such, without witty dialogue. There is suspense in this Casanova Adventure because, again and again, you believe that Casanova trapped in their tricks, and I wonder in his ability to avoid being caught. Scenes of hunting are original, and the smile-inducing romance epiphanies and the final was absolutely magnificent. | I saw the DVD movie Casanova earlier this week with friends in a preview. Surprisingly there was a large crowd. However, that was not the only surprise. The DVD movie Casanova itself was a surprise. Heath Ledger, is not as handsome as ever, it was fun, however, as Casanova. Oliver Platt has some physical risks in this role - if partial nudity is considered a risk to a man Platt's size and shape. All my friends who enjoy the film. I was not expecting the Casanova movie to be a ride! It was a great success to be fun! I attach to Verdi's Don Giovanni. There is even the comic relief of the lower Leperello. The plot has a few surprises, and everyone in the DVD film Casanova has a good time, except perhaps for Jeremy Irons. Lots of fun! |
| This DVD film Casanova has some quality ingredients: a great historical figure, some big players, a good manager, some colorful costumes and art design, and a Hollywood budget. What a shame that the story is a load of Tosh, the farce is just a farce, and the dialogue seems to have finished the weekend by more than a 5th grade. If you feel the need for some pseudo-historical comedy, I suggest you see "Shakespeare in Love" instead.
