This is a brilliant work on sensory deprivation. Cox portrays the fear and uncertainty of loss of sight along its visual style. Australians, including Peter Weir, Bruce Beresford and Fred Schepisi has an amazing control and use of DivX film Cactus to portray the senses and emotions of his characters. I recommend other peaks as the Aussie Picnic at Hanging Rock, Gallipoli, The year of living dangerously, Breaker Morant, Devil's Playground, The chant of Jimmy Blacksmith.

Paul Cox succeeded again with this heartfelt yet unsentimental story of blindness. The highlight of the DVD movie Cactus is its refusal to sentimentalize the effect of the blindness of its protagonist. A typical Hollywood treatment of the subject, would probably have been too sentimental and melodramatic. In this regard, Cox evokes the nuances and subtleties to display a wide range of emotions. It is very human Cactus Drama movie with a real sense of cinema. The amazingly stable panoramic opening DVD film Cactus is the most ever witness, requires the viewer's participation in the Cactus movie to equate with art. Huppert gives his usual quality, aided by the distribution of Cox-known in Australia as often used for movies.

Cactus is a Cactus movie that you walk away thinking that he would like to see again, because I think that ends abruptly. The Cactus Drama moves very slowly and all wanted more. More dialogue that I wanted more excitement over the main characters and Robert Colo. I really liked Robert Menzies could say that performance in his expressions and not have to talk a lot and there is little talk in this movie. The landscapes and scenery are beautifully filmed, which makes you want to head to Australia, is precious. The love scenes between Robert and Colo were too dark to see anything that I could not believe it should have been different because the filmed love scenes add little to the film. There are other friends who add little think about it in some way are given the narrative. I have not really decided whether I liked this DVD film Cactus or not, because it is right there, like many of the cacti in the session on Robert Green House. Cactus expressed great excitement in the scenes, but the rating of the DVD film Cactus as a whole loses much of its appeal.
