Cheery Alex Fletcher lives comfortably in Manhattan off the residuals from his 80's pop success and reprising his hits at school reunions, theme parks, and state fairs. But those gigs are declining, so he jumps at the chance to write a song and record it with reigning teen idol Cora Corman. Trouble is, he's good at melodies but needs a lyricist and has less than a week to finish. Enter Sophie Fisher, subbing for a friend who waters Alex's plants; she's a pretty good poet, quick witted, and could do it, if she'd agree. But there's some sort of shadow over her head that Alex may not be able to charm his way past. And what if they do get a song written, what then?

This Music and Lyrics film has two great actors and headed in the right direction for a great movie, but what happened. This could have been a little more romantic and Sophie (Drew Barrymore), why was she so ... upset? It was the DivX film Music and Lyrics in any way meaningful. There was supposed to be a loving relationship between Hugh and Drew and conducted from their means, but there is something missing. Seeing Drew in this role was very good to see her do something different and that was a film: Music and Lyrics which shows his interest in music and the arts. His profession as a water plant and the person who really showed the transition from timid water pot until there is incredible inspired lyricist, Drew should be applauded for that. I love Drew! I would like to see and discuss with their great song "Pop goes my heart" and "Return to Love 'that makes the film: Music and Lyrics so enjoyable to watch. Charlie.

There are many people who can light up a Music and Lyrics Comedy film (or TV) and the screen, but Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore achieve magic. Define these two "movie stars" of the 21st century. This pair is just lovely and I was pulling them from the first time they met. We already knew they could act, but they knew they could sing? Grant also learned to dance and play piano for the role. For a guy who is now 47, has more appeal than many guys half his age. The fact that an attractive woman 15 years younger than he is attracted to is totally credible. Grant is handsome, charming and has a heart. This is probably his best performance since TWO WEEKS NOTICE. If you are looking for a fun and uplifting date movie, this will do the trick. A very enjoyable film.

Music and Lyrics is fun and enjoyable entertainment that goes beyond its weight in the saturated and often mediocre romantic comedy territory. Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore are particularly well-cast and this allows the Music and Lyrics film to flow quite well. The Music and Lyrics Comedy does not stay here and there, but it is a satirical look at the court of the music industry. The music is very fun! 80 in its stereotypical, cheesy better ... The introduction track "PoP! Goes My Heart" and "Back in Love" is surprisingly good and not a shame its original song for the next appointment was good. Music and Lyrics is not intended to be anything other than another rom-com, but surpasses himself in this regard. The movie: Music and Lyrics is a happy, feel good and the image can not stop touching my feet long after the music had ceased.
